Built for your business.
Belongs to your business.
Your business owns the custom software we create and the rights to it. We keep no rights to your project. Shancorps cannot resell your solution. You can use it internally, grow it, or sell it to others.
Other businesses subscribe. You earn.
Replace the subscriptions that don’t fit.
Software charged per user costs more as your team grows. Software we build for you is yours, with no per-user fees for your custom software. We rebuild tools that don’t fit and connect the ones worth keeping. Hosting, maintenance, AI usage and third-party subscriptions remain part of the full cost comparison.
First, make your work better.
Then consider what’s possible.
Imagine a heating and cooling company building software to track customers and jobs around how its office and technicians work. Once that system proves useful, the owner may see an opportunity to offer it to similar businesses.
That is a choice ownership makes possible. You decide whether to keep the software for your own business or earn money by offering it to others.
This is an example, not a project we completed.
From a business need
to a product for others.
Angie’s Job Board handled thousands of automated résumé reviews for one business, then became a paid software for other hiring businesses. Its first customers came through the hiring manager’s industry relationships.
Prospect Primer connected videos explaining services, customer records, and viewing activity. It became a standalone software product offered to other businesses.
Sitetasks brings agency services into a product customers use directly, with signup, requests, messages, and completed work in one place.
Ownership gives you options.
A product needs a plan.
We can help turn your solution into a product, plan pricing, find ways to reach customers, and prepare it for customers. We agree on that work and price it separately. You can offer the software under your own name and charge others to use it. For software that is ready, with the work agreed, getting the software ready for paying customers can take as little as a week.
Find the shared need.
Understand which other businesses have the same problem, what they would pay for, and how their needs differ from yours.
Prepare it for other customers.
Plan how customers sign up and pay, who can see their data, and how you’ll keep the software running and help them. An internal system does not automatically have everything a commercial product needs.
Agree how it will operate.
Decide who handles sales, ongoing delivery, maintenance, and customer requests. Agree on the work and price before expanding.
Your agreement sets out what you own and how we give it to you. Third-party services, libraries, and pre-existing components remain subject to their own licenses; they are identified so you understand what can be transferred or redistributed.
Build something useful. Keep the possibilities.
