Terms of Service

Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services that Shancorps (“we,” “us”) builds and operates (collectively, the “Service”). Each application is operated on behalf of an organization that engaged us (the “operating organization”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. An individual application may add its own supplementary terms; where it does, those terms apply in addition to these.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by the application you are using, to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own.

Accounts and access

The Service supports several account roles, which vary by application — for example, individual users, members of an organization, partner organizations acting on behalf of others, and administrators who manage the application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including access through any third-party sign-in you connect. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms or that pose a risk to others.

Verification

Some applications require an administrator to verify or approve your account before certain features or information become available to you. Until your account is approved, some content may be hidden, masked, or limited.

Acceptable use

The Service exists to provide the features each application is designed to deliver. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person on or through the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or republish information from the Service outside of it.
• Contact other users outside the Service in a way that circumvents its intended process.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

Content from other users

Some applications display content provided by other users or by the operating organization — which may include text, images, and other details — so that you can use the application as intended. This content is provided for your authorized use of the Service only. You may not download, store, or share it for any other purpose.

Submissions and organization coordination

When you submit information through the Service — such as a form, message, or request — it may be delivered to the operating organization for review. The operating organization decides whether and how to act on it, and may review and store it for record-keeping. The Service is a tool that supports the operating organization’s work; it does not itself create, mediate, or guarantee any underlying transaction, arrangement, or outcome. Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, or financial advice.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you provide — for example, the information in your profile or in the submissions you make. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service and provide it to the operating organization. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, software, and content other than user-provided content — is owned by Shancorps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, where the application provides that option, or by contacting us. Deletion removes your email and certain personal data and anonymizes records you have already submitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to others on the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shancorps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information within the Service is supplied by users and operating organizations; while we work hard to keep the Service accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness or current accuracy of any content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shancorps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
