Who will I actually work with?
You work directly with Mike Shanahan and the Shancorps team. We deliver the project: understanding your daily work, recommending a plan, building the software, and helping your team use it. We are a consulting and development firm, not a staffing agency or a self-service software platform. AI is a tool we use in the work; your consultant is a person.
Where should I start with AI for my business?

How do you keep it secure and help us take over?
We agree who can access what, how we test and recover the software if something fails, and what support includes. You get written instructions, access to the source code, and help taking over so you can keep the software running.
