Walkthrough of Angies Job Matcher. A recruiter types a short description of an Operations Coordinator role and the app generates the full job form. A hiring manager was handling more applications than her team could review. The company was adding staff simply to read résumés and assess basic fit. She needed a system that could review applicants against the criteria that mattered to her business, with an interface and connections between tools built around its hiring process.
Inside the recruiting workspace
We built custom hiring software with AI-assisted résumé review, business-specific evaluation criteria, and connections between tools for the hiring process. The product walkthrough shows the recruiting workspace branded Angies Job Matcher: editable job forms, résumé imports, match explanations, notes, custom statuses, and an application timeline.
What happened next
The software handled thousands of automated résumé reviews. It proved useful enough to become a paid product for other hiring businesses, with the hiring manager using her industry knowledge and relationships to bring in the first paying customers.
