Walkthrough of Prospect Primer. A tree-care business connects Jobber so new requests trigger a video page, and sends a video page to a lead by email and text. The prospect picks a service, watches short explainer videos and answers a few questions. Their engagement appears in the lead list, and the team opens the lead's activity to see the survey answers before the visit.

Starting point
Prospective customers often need context before a service conversation. Repeated explanations consume time, while the business has little visibility into what a prospect has already engaged with.
What we built
Businesses create branded video pages with short explanations grouped by service and questions for the prospect. Leads arrive through connections to customer records or direct import. A connection to Jobber can send a page when a client, request, or quote is created; staff can also send pages by email and text. Viewing activity and survey answers give the team context before a call or visit.
What happened next
2× the close rate.
We helped turn the client-owned solution into a standalone software product offered to other businesses.
Ongoing work
Offering the software to other businesses meant more work than using it internally: other businesses would need signup, connections to their tools, support, and clear pricing. Owning the solution made that path available to the client.
