Starting point

The agency needed a clearer way to organize work and communicate with its clients. Updates, requests, and task progress needed to be easier to follow.

What we built

The software gives the agency and its clients a shared place to follow projects and tasks. Clients submit requests through a guided form, see what needs their input, and communicate in a thread attached to each task. Finished work comes back for review in that same thread, where clients can approve it or request changes.

What happened next

50% higher client retention.

The software remains in use. We meet weekly with the team and add features as needs arise.

Ongoing work

A monthly agreement gives us time to review feedback, choose the next changes, and keep improving the software.
