Starting point
Contact details, conversations, and follow-ups were spread across inboxes and spreadsheets. Finding the context for the next conversation took work.
What we built
The custom customer management software brings contact research, outreach drafts, reminders, and scheduling together. Business-card capture creates or updates contacts. AI helps gather context and draft a next message, while connections to Gmail and Google Calendar keep communication and appointments close to the contact record. Public booking links let contacts choose a time.
What happened next
The project put research, contact information, communication, and scheduling into a shared process. Staff could use those capabilities without rebuilding the context in separate tools.
Ongoing work
AI assists with research and drafts; the people maintaining the relationships retain judgment over the information and communication.
